Sean Combs, also referred to as Puff Daddy and Diddy, a well-known rapper, is the subject of a lawsuit in which he is charged with rape and years of abuse. During a decade-long period, renowned R&B vocalist Cassie, who was formerly signed to his record label Bad Boy, levied allegations against him, including rape, abuse, and control. The renowned rapper has refuted the allegations.

The lawsuit was submitted by Casandra Ventura in the Manhattan Federal District Court. She declared that she was at last prepared to share her experience and advocate for women who have been subjected to violence and cruelty within intimate partnerships.

Sean Combs, according to Combs’ attorney Ben Brafman, categorically denies the “depraved and offensive allegations.” Additionally, he asserted that the renowned performer had been attempting to coerce his client into signing the lawsuit in order to exact “retribution” and “dampen” his client’s standing.

Diddy allegedly “offered eight figures” to Ventura’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, to remain silent and prevent her from pursuing a lawsuit. However, Wigdor stated that his client “rejected” such offers.

Sean Combs is a renowned music executive who has collaborated with Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Bilge, and other A-list celebrities. Additionally, he secured Cassie’s representation through his music label, Bad Boy, which issued her debut album in 2006. However, Cassie has also made additional negative remarks about him.

The comprehensive lawsuit delineates instances of abuse and control through the use of narcotics and physical abuse. It also involved detonating the vehicle of the renowned rapper Kid Cudi during Cassie’s relationship with him. Kit Cudi verified that his vehicle had been detonated. Sean Combs allegedly subjected her to a rape as well.

Casandra Ventura’s lawsuit also includes a claim of sex trafficking, alleging that she was coerced into engaging in sexual activity with male prostitutes, and that the encounters were recorded on her mobile device. Despite her deletion, Combs maintained access to the files.

The lawsuit additionally asserts that she was subjected to violence within a hotel and that a Los Angeles hotel was compensated $50,000 for providing it with video footage depicting Combs hurling glass vessels at her.

The lawsuit was submitted by Casandra Ventura in accordance with the Adult Survivors Act. The law stipulates that the one-year period in which cases may be submitted expires next week. Cassie stated that before the New York Act expired, she had “an opportunity to speak out about the trauma” she had endured.
