On Thursday, Former employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon at a Connecticut district court. The case graphically details the alleged sexual abuse as well as the trafficking.

WWE boss Vince McMahon has been accused of sexual abuse and trafficking by a former employee. She was reportedly trafficked to attract wrestling talent. The former CEO of WWE stepped down as chair and CEO of WWE in 2022 as there were sexual misconduct claims against him, and an internal inquiry had been conducted. Now McMahon faces a lawsuit by a former employee.

The lawsuit describes in horrific detail the abuse, including being locked in the office and facing sexual assault, explicit text messages as well as sharing explicit videos without her consent, being controlled by McMahon professionally and personally, and much more.

A spokesperson for Vince McMahon said his client would “vigorously defend himself” and noted that the case was filled with lies.

Janel Grant has filed a case against McMahon and John Laurinaitis, the former head of talent at WWE. She said that she was used “as a sexual pawn” by them “to entice world-famous wrestling talent.”

John Laurinaitis has not responded yet when requested for comment.

Janel Grant worked at the WWE headquarters in Connecticut from 2019 to 2022. She reportedly left in 2022 after Vince McMahon’s wife found out about his relationship with her. She alleged she was forced to quit her job at the WWE and had to sign a non-disclosure agreement for which she would be paid $3 million. She was reportedly paid part of the amount.

WWE was bought by Endeavor and merged with UFC to form the TKO Group. In a first quarterly report of earnings filed on November 7, TKO mentioned Vince McMahon under risk factors due to alleged sexual misconduct and said that it could impact the company in the future.
